近隣の土地で育てられた良質なものを中心に、なるべく有機で、より自然な素材を厳選し、毎朝丁寧に焼き上げています。保存料は使わず、甘さは秘める程度に、できるかぎり素材本来の滋味を生かした素朴で豊かなお菓子たちです。

Located in the lush green mountains of Tottori, Homemade Muffin hibitsukidsuki is a small homey baked sweets shop where its signature muffins are made with fresh seasonal ingredients and domestic wheat.

We carefully select and use natural, high quality ingredients grown on nearby land. Freshly baked every morning. No preservatives are used, and sweetness is kept to a minimum. Our sweets are simple and fresh, making the most of the original flavors of the ingredients.
